3. Wipe away food residue and bird droppings. Rinse the feeder's washable plastic areas as appropriate, keeping the solar-panel cable and electrical connectors dry.
4. Allow all cleaned parts to air-dry completely. Gently wipe the camera lens and solar panel with a soft, clean cloth; use a slightly damp cloth for stubborn dirt and dry the surface afterward.
5. Reassemble the feeder, reinstall the camera, and add fresh birdseed once everything is dry.
