You can reset your password using your registered email address:
1. Open the Parallens app and tap Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your registered email address and click SEND to submit the request.
3. Refer to the password reset email and tap RESET YOUR PASSWORD to set a new password.
4. Return to the app and sign in with your new password.
If the email has not arrived, confirm that you entered the correct email, check your spam or junk folder, and try to resend the request . If the problem persists, contact support@parallens.com for assistance.
