For a stable Wi-Fi connection, it's recommended to keep the camera within 33–50 feet (10–15 meters) of your router, with as few walls or obstacles in between as possible that weaken the signal strength.
Please complete the Wi-Fi setup before installing the feeder outdoors. After installation, check the Wi-Fi signal strength in the Parallens app - Home - device Wi-Fi icon to ensure a reliable connection.
The actual connection range may vary depending on your router and surroundings. If the signal is weak, try moving the feeder closer to the router or try the other Wi-Fi band.
