To change the photo and video resolution, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Parallens app and go to your camera's Settings page.
2. Tap Photo Resolution or Video Resolution, choose your preferred quality, and tap Save in the upper-right corner.
Photo options are 3MP, 8MP, and 16MP. Video options are HD(720P), FHD (1080P), and UHD(2.3K). The default settings are 8MP for photos and FHD (1080P) for videos.
Note: Turning on Loop Record does not change the photo or video quality. And without a valid microSD card, the max resolution and video length is 10s, 1080P and 8MP photo.
